I am not spamming you!

This Ukrainian started on one of my other domains (image host) where I had posted screen shots of his shady past business practices a month ago. Within 24 hours of that post on an industry message board, the spam attack began against the image host which hosted the images of those screen shots. That host was closed to new members (no one could register), and was used only by me for my company so  I could post on forums without hotlinking.

The most recent attack began this week. The same person I reference in the previous paragraphy continues personal attacks on industry forum after being warned. He is then banned permanently from the forum. Within 24 hours of that incident attacks begin on two new domains of mine. One of them being this one. He now appears to be moving from one of my domains to the next domain. Essentially trying to put me out of business like he has done to others in the past with DDoS attacks.

You can call the timeline, past history, and attacks all circumstancial if you like. But there is enough 'coininsidence' to make a strong case for who's behind it. Epsecially with past history of these things.

I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commisson  (Ref# #2244739), the United States F.B.I.'s IC3 Internet Division (Ref# I0904201511278311), 800.251.7581, and the FCC. 

I have also filed complaints with Interpol Ukraine (where the originator of spam attack is based), as well as their main office, Interpol internet division. My webhost and registrar are in the loop as to who is behind it, and all their personal and contact information has been provided to them and their legal departments.

I have spamcop/host forwarding me all headers for e-mails being sent to them, and forwarding them to the e-mail below. Eventually enough complaints will pile up that one, or all, of the international governement agencies will take out this guy.
